Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Field Construction is a Louisville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in subcontractor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on materials orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
