Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Northwind Forge Arts Center is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
