Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Legal Group provides legal services in Milwaukee across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
