Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Clearpath West Energy Partners is an energy provider in Louisville focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
