Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners is a Seattle charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
