Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Northwind West Energy Group is an energy provider in Orlando focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
