Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Summit Ridge Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on complaint handling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
