Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Redstone Cross Legal Group is a law firm in Albuquerque serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
