Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Quarry Transit Planning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Investigate trends in route schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on ridership counts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
