Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms is an agricultural business based around Colorado Springs, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
