Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cincinnati, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
