Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Amberfield Rowan Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Antonio. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
