Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Union Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
