Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Clearpath Union Foods Group is a Phoenix food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in ingredient orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
