Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Indianapolis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on account openings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
