Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Northwind Junction Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
