Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Redstone Iron Learning Group is an education provider in Colorado Springs serving students and families, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
