Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Birch Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
