Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
