Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Nova Beacon Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
