Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
