Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lakeside Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
