Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bright Maple Housing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
