Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Birch Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Dallas region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on hardship programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
