Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cincinnati area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
