Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Summit Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Louisville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
