Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Louisville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 676 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
