Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Willow Construction Group is a Denver contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
