Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Cedar Union Health provides primary and specialty care in Denver. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
