Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Jacksonville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
