Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Reno. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
