Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing Group is a Atlanta staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
