Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Granite Financial serves customers across Jacksonville with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 689 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
