Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Staffing Group is a Wichita staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
