Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Amber Property Management is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
