Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
