Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
