Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Clear Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Sacramento. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
