Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Basin Health provides primary and specialty care in Fresno, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
