Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
