Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bright Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the New Orleans region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
