Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Lumen Mill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Dallas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
