Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Cedar Bridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
