Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Nova Pine Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on waiting lists. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
