Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Ironwood Oak Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
