Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Cedar Drift Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Minneapolis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
