Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meridian Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on card disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
