Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Minneapolis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
