Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Silverline Basin Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
