Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Medical designs and makes medical devices in Grand Rapids, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in production lots and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
